正确答案是D，可是困惑啊，D中interfering不能做谓语，那么and之前就不是一个完整的句子了，难道这也能成立吗？我觉得相比之下A似乎更好一些，虽然A的前半部分用了there be 句型，但是整个句子的结构是完整的。不知我的看法是否正确。

A is straightforward enough.
D has an awkward adjectival phrase, interfering with pacemakers, and the phrase is a little separated from the subject 200,000. Also D omits the word that, which leaves some ambiguity as to whether the last statement about the interaction is part of the announcement, or is an additional remark made as a comment on the announcement.
应该是A吧， 谁给解释下！up
再次看了看该题，觉得肯定是A.
D有多个问题：
（1）exist用的不好。
（2）interfering with pacemakers修饰谁？什么成份？
（3）this interaction 指 interfering with，而将interfering with pacemakers放在D中的位置上，感觉很别扭。
总之，这题的答案应该是A.
