Hey there,
Well if you can hit those good test scores you can get a good European MBA, hard to say for Oxford and Cambridge, because your GPA is quite low for those programs. But for other programs, it should be possible.

And with a solid MBA you should have some very good job options coming out.

With a 700 GMAt a 2.2 and 100 TOEFL Top 20 will be tough. Keep in mind that Oxford and Cambridge also have strict minimums of 100 on the TOEFL.
I’d say top 30/40 would be more the range. If you can hit 730/110 on the TOEFL, then we can hit up top 20.

想在美国找工作，那就申请美国MBA。美国公司很少跑到欧洲去招学生，因为美国本身就是MBA大国。想移民MBA opt好像只有1年，再申请H1B，再排绿卡。能早点来美国就早点来
