可是我还是不能理解啊,在我看来b完全偏题了啊,b说一个正式,严肃的工作环境阻止了员工们交换能力,而这种能力是员工们认为是工作所必要有的。在我看来b只能说这个公司更可能成功,因为他们的制度可以让员工交换意见。而有没有这种能力完全没有证据可以表明跟离职率有关系啊?
在我看来d完全正确啊?全文就没有说满意率的问题,即使他们不满意了,但是不能讨论不满意也可以阻止员工离职啊?所以这家公司的这种制度可以使他们的离职率高于其他公司啊??????
