答案是Ｂ，但这提是否有错误，搞不清哪个是谓语

by yongchou The pdf version misses out underlining the fisrt "that", so it should be :
84. Precipitation in mountainous regions (that collects) in a number of small valleys that are called rills and gullies. Precipitation collects in....... Not "regions collect".

82) functioning=運作 (a gerund, 動名词) function=功能 Don't get stuck with the rule, "当名词有其形式时,最好用原行吗" Meaning is more important.
