如果是虚拟语气, 前面会有一个if引导的条件状语从句. If I were you, I may spend the weekend at home.
B的主要问题在于that. 选项A中that指代的是intake. An intake of vitamin E in access of an intake of vitamin E found...
而B中没有这样的名词. in excess of 表明是两个数量的对比, 所以ron说过第二个that必须有个quantity word (amount, intake, dosage...etc). 我个人理解就是taking是动名词，不能作为代词的antecedent。
