我怀疑produces不对，应当是produce因为作为农产品讲的话是不可数的。 麦克米兰和郎文都如此解释： [uncountable] food or other things that have been grown or produced on a farm to be sold
agricultural/organic etc produce fresh local produce dairy produce
第2个选b, 与that比较的是1350tons这个数量。

关于第2个题我有两个疑问： 1、reduced 之前有没有be 动词？reduce可以主动吗？一般都是sb/sth reduce sth to... 或sth be reduced to ..... 2、produce的单复数问题
我同意gt750，如果是LESS THAN THAT OF COUNTRY B 好理解一些。

If we can understand the setence as: Because of XXX, the grain produces in country A reduced to 1345 tons,( which is) 45% fewer than that of country B. Then Answer B is right, here, which refer to the number of "1345 tons"
