1. 只要入学前能满3年工作经验就好，LZ这种情况是可以的。

2. 个人感觉，如果是想有个职业晋升，MBA更为合适，Master毕业出来还是要从头开始的

这事儿吧，首先我知道的大部分项目是要求2年工作经验，不是3年。
这两年也是到你入学时2年。所以你工作一年就可以开始申请了。你现在的情况，放心申没问题的

I can’t tel you where YOU should apply though!

The question is: what do you want to do? Who do you want to meet and network with? The MF is really good for finance-heavy people, for analysts, for bankers… the MBA is more general and you will network with people from a variety of industries and is more leadership oriented. Either could be good, but it depends on you and YOUR goals.
