我觉得prolonged peace在D中限定的不够明确，是德川时期的peace还是德川之后时期的peace。或者说，通过D我只知道japan's isolation发生在德川时期，而prolonged peace发生在什么时期我不知道。

另外at the time during这个说法感觉有点重复。at the time of或者干脆during就可以表达想说的意思了。
