我选了A。是这么想的：如果新政策不实行，杂志继续宣传野花花是多么漂亮，人们根据杂志宣传继续去买野花花，他们买回家以后，就会发现这些花花其实不好养，以后就不会再买了。所以最好的方案应该是杂志继续宣传这些野花花很漂亮，放任人们去买，人们就会自动发现他们的决定是多么愚蠢错误，实现intended effect。
而如果实行新政策，这么好的结果就实现不了，所以对于新政策我们应该抵制，它是存在doubt的。

谁能解释一下A为什么错

A选项和政策没什么关系，并且楼主人为假设了不实施政策（人们被吸引买花后被discourage）比实施政策（人们不被吸引去买花）要好，万一人们压根不被吸引去买花比先买有不买更有利于保护野生花呢？做CR不能带入自己的假设。

这个嘛。。。也不是说不可以，but，每个人都来买个野花，野花死光光了就不用保护了呀
