以上是OG中两道题，90题答案是B，答案给的解释是A选项price are higher now than a year ago把price价格和时间进行比较，所以是错的，然而104题正确答案是A把价格和时间作比较而且排除了than last year's的选项，不太明白期间有什么区别。
另外看过一个104题的解释是，than last后面省略了they were，后面关于crude oil价格对比中则不省略they were，请问是省略与不省略都对还是有其他需要关注的点？

还有这道题，more...than ever before的结构不存在把detail与before对比的问题吗？为什么不是than that of ever before？

你好，我看了这些帖子，觉得对比较题型中的parallel有更深的理解了，然而还是没有太明白第二题和第三题为什么可以直接对比时间。Namely，this year than last（第二题）与now than a year ago（第一题）在语法上有什么区别？
或者还是像Ron在帖子里说的，关注别的点排除，这一点就不在纠结了？

今天再回顾这三道题，终于好像想出了一种解释，不知道对不对。
就是last year与last/before的区别。
last year中包含名词，所以存在着price与时间相比的歧义，然而后两道题则不存在这样的问题，所以不必加上前句的主语，是这样的吗？

RON认为这个比较now than a year ago 是可以的，这个选项需要通过其他错误来排除
