关于现在完成时，看了论坛里的解析，仍旧不明白。其中由于their horns are trimmed 整个的动作发生在游客参观之前，因此用完成时。但是我做题时想到的是条件句的主将从现的用法，主句是 tourists will continue to visit 将来时，从句不应该是once their horns are么，难道这里不是条件句或者主将从现用法有局限？求助

现在完成时也是“现”啊

proposal has been made又没说这个proposal has been taken into effect,所以horns还在啊

我的理解是这道题的考点根本就不在时态上，他其实想考的主要还是概括性名词避免指代不清这个问题
