标题: OF结构与That 从句
一般来说好多题目答案都是 that 从句好但是下面这道PREP 的答案是B，笔记里说TAHT结构不够简洁？！

到底什么时候用That结构，什么时候用OF啊，求NN们解惑
The loan company announced it would soon lend money to borrowers with proven records of their not paying back their loans on time, collectively known as the subprime lending market.
A.       of their not paying back their loans on time,
B.       of not paying back their loans on time, a group
C.       of not paying back their loans on time, with such a group
D.       that they do not pay back their loans on time,
E.       that they do not pay back their loans on time, such a group

我记得是看语境对选项中变化成分的约束力，如果约束力强就用of，如果约束力差就用that。像表示“期望”的词，wish, hope 后面就是加that，因为约束力较弱。
而本题中的records是一个既定事实，约束力很强，所以后面应该接of。
