D、E选项中 the rate of fatty foods和 the rate of people错误，不是foods或people的rate，而应该是consuming foods的rate。consumed in France and the US错误，应该在the US前面加in，满足平行结构，同时主语改为rates。也不知道我说清楚了木有。。。
