答案是D。上网找但却并没发现好的解释。根据Ron神说的，正确句子就肯定是完全正确毋庸置疑的！所以决定把它搞明白！

我不知道that该怎么理解？还有就是D的correct后面省略代词是有什么依据吗？

没省略，而是Correct that, "that" 某位Manhattan老师说是指代managerial blunders, 但是其实官方给的解释是that指代resulf of后面的全部——也就是causes。

PS:我个人认为这样的关系代词用法在GMAT中特别少见，但是还是要以官方解释为准，就比如说OG里有道题Being开头是对的，这种属于小概率题，而且通过其他选项排除也能选出来。

我真是老糊涂了。。。。是correct that，这么一个最简单的定语从句竟然没看出来。我一直以为是新考点，that引导了状语。
