OG解释：for any country to contribute冗长、不直接
但楼主认为原因在于(A)与题意不符，因为share是被contributed by country的，而不是for country to contribute的
(B) the largest share that any country has contributed
the largest share是more than quarter of all foreign-born residents的同位语吗？
+ to是否可行？ --> the largest share that any country has contributed to OR the largest share to that/which any country has contributed
