标题: PREP 语法题求助！
Among lower-paid workers, union members are less likely than nonunion members to be enrolled in lower-end insurance plans imposing stricter limits on medical services and requiring doctors to see more patients, and spend less time with each.
在AD之间游移不定…… 看了许多解答都说A中的spend没有其他成分可以和它平行，为什么不能是spend和see平行呢？require doctors to see... and spend... 我觉得逻辑上也完全讲得通…… 请大神指教！

從語意上來看，
spending less time with each(花在病人身上的時間更少）是誰做這個動作？
很顯然是醫生花在病人身上時間減少了，所以要用ving抓到主語（doctors)

如果是Ａ的話，requiring doctors to see... and spend不合邏輯
就算要平行，也是to see and to spend，但是就算這樣句意還是錯的

为什么不能是require doctors to see more... and spend less... 这两个动作都是这个plans对医生的要求呀……
我之前看了Ron的视频，好像这个to省略对平行结构没有很大影响的，既可以加也可以不加。
不知道你说的句意不合逻辑具体是指什么呢？

還原後應該是：
1. doctors see more patients.
2. doctors spend less time with each.

spending less time with each（在每個病人身上花的時間更少）
句意上是see more patients（看更多病人）的後果，
所以修飾對象是see這個動作，那邏輯主語就會是see的動作發出者doctors。
所以這裡的spending抓的合理邏輯主語是doctors。


不合語義的意思是：
Ａ選項and spend的主語是union members


就算真的照你說的plans要求看更多病人花更少時間在病人身上
那也是requiring doctors to see...and (to) spend，
** and spend前面沒有逗號**
但是五個選項都沒有這個選擇
前面也說過句意上是see more patients（看更多病人）的後果
所以答案選Ｄ
