>>>>>>>>OG解析是说(to) activate和to touch平行。在CD上找到有大神解释说to可不可以省略是看省略之后会不会造成歧义。这里的话，因为activate前的encourages是三单，而touch不是三单，所以activate一定是跟touch平行，故不会造成歧义。
