标题: 二线咨询小白求MBA学校定位
楼主本科宁波诺丁汉大学（拿的英国诺丁汉的学位），GPA 3.4左右。研究生伦敦政经，GPA 3.6左右，其中有半年ROSS商学院MBA交换的经历。现在在T2的咨询公司做管理咨询。希望通过MBA最后进入MBB。请论坛大神定位MBA可以考虑申请的学校。

I’d love to help you out but without more info it’s gonna be hard. Where do you work? What do you do? How quickly have you advanced? Do you have any leadership? What are your great achievements? Do you have notable community service or extra curriculars? Which school did you graduate from?

All of these will play important roles in your evaluation.

Otherwise for MBB, the answer is simple - all top 10, and most top 20 schools send people to MBB. My suggestion is to look at the “employment reports” for each of the Top 20 schools and you can see exactly who recruits where. But in general, Top 20 programs should be good.

是四大的咨询。工作1.5年，还没G，但是想要开始准备了。想先了解下自己的情况是不是可以申到

Thanks for you kind reply. I am now working in consulting business in one of the "BIG 4" firms. My major job is to do strategy and operation related consulting project for clients from retailing and auto industry. I haven't had any leadership as I only have 1.5 year full-time work experience. I once worked in a teaching NGO in Indonesia as a volunteer teacher. I got my master degree from London School of Economics and political science.

So I think first of all, that you should apply starting from NEXT year. This year is too early, as you don’t have enough experience. But don’t just be passive! Think about what you can actively DO to improve your profile - that means - great performance at work! more leadership! more volunteer work! and of course - amazing test scores!

With all that, and with great essays, I think you will be able to make it into Top 20 programs.
