This sentence uses asemicolon to separate two parts that are themselves complete sentences(independent clauses).

A不对因为后面半句resulting in speakers of those languages不符合逻辑他想说的是因此有些speaker不能blabla
B不对 not only encode， but also + verb 这里not only后面没有动词语法不对
D意思已经完全不对了
E not only but also的用法对了但，其实 direct observation, hearsay, or intuition 是 the origin of the speaker's knowledge的举例，这里把他们放在并列的位置就不对了；而且最后speakers of those languages, therefore, do not state facts without attributing them to sources不是do not而是can not。
