这是定语从句中的一种，叫“介词+关系代词（whom/which）”引导的定语从句。就是当关系代词在定语从句中作介词宾语时，把介词前置。一般用介词+which（指物）和whom（指人）来引导，典型例子就是4，再举一个——Do you know the student with whom our dean is talking in the office?。
不过有点需要注意：含介词的短语动词不能插开，说白了就是固定搭配（短语）中的介词不能前置，像look after...举个例子：The baby whom the nurse is looking after is very healthy.
