og2016 sc 77: 请问大神为什么A选项是不合理的使用了强调句？意思似乎没有硬伤啊正确答案B的they指什么？不是指代不明吗？

A更严重的错误是因为 it is the fixed costs (that stem from building nuclear plants) that makes it more expensive for them to generate electricity. costs和makes主谓不一致。
指代不明不是一个非黑即白的判断对错点，我通常都不用的。

我来尝试回答一下…答错轻喷。
首先the cost of ...is...会比较idiom一点，
其次make是修饰fix costs的 costs有s啊算复数啊
og里面没有很详细的说it在什么情况下做主语，但是Manhattan里面说了it作主语只有在：1、不定式做主语，2、that从句做主语，3、不定式或者that从句做主语做宾语的时候可以做主语。
A选项非得拉it做主语，很redundant吧。
