Marquis at Waterview （简称MQ）
有883路公交车经过。
位于学校东北方，离学校1.5mile，5分钟！
因为在学校东侧，比Amli到图书馆更近！到JSOM的距离，和Courtyard到JSOM距离差不多。
价格略高于学校Waterview、University Village，但设施、管理、服务都很好，优于学校！
