Hello there,
Columbia and Kellogg have rolling admissions (As do a number of other schools). For pretty much all schools the chances in R1 and R2 are supposed to be similar, but in reality as there are usually more candidates in R2, you have an advantage applying R1.

基本都平等。
R2一般申请人更多，而R1有ReApplicant一般申请质量很高，所以基本难度还是差不多。
如果可以的话最好申请R1，主要原因不是申请难度而是你本人的申请质量：如果你R1没有做好，你还可以吸取经验R2申请做得更好。如果你R2是第一次申请，那么如果你没做好，你就只能在等一年。

bigjoe是建议在round1不要把所有dream school都申请了吗？谢谢！

是的 R1，R2有个节奏比较好。
