但是我想问问B选项
因为原文说的是结论是the presence of dandelions facilitates pollination (and hence seed production) in the native species by attracting more pollinators to the mixed plots.
我认为B选项是给出了the presence of dandelions facilitates pollination 一个新的解释,不是by attracting more pollinators to the mixed plots而是transfer pollen from one species to another to augment seed production. 这不也是一种他因吗
但是OG给出的解释是 This is fully compatiable with the claim that thedandelions attracted more pollinators to the mixed plots, and it would also help to support the argument's conclusion that the dandelions facilitates pollination in those plots.
有没有大神可以解释一下啊?掉这个坑里出不来了

B是無關選項
即使B成立,也無法推出transfer pollen from one species to another可以產生更多seed production

为什么是加强呢?结论argument是the presence of dandelions facilitates pollination (and hence seed production) in the native species by attracting more pollinators to the mixed plots.
虽然B的意思也是dandelions的存在会加速授粉,但不是通过attracting more pollinators 而是因为有不同的物种 所以可以 transfer pollen from one species to another to augment seed production.
这两个为什么会是加强的关系呢?明明就是两种方式呀
如果单单看 the presence of dandelions facilitates pollination B是加强我理解 但是结论里面还说了方式by attracting more pollinators 那B不就是一种他因(其他的方式 facilitates pollination)削弱了吗?

今天梳头的时候突然灵光一现自己跳出来了
attracting more pollinators to the mixed plots -------pollinators can transfer pollen from one species to another to augment seed production.
这两个是可以连在一起加强因果关系的 进一步说明了pollinator和seed的关系 并不是他因啊
我实在太蠢了.......的确是加强

我也纠结这个B,但是我觉得不能说B就是加强,而是不确定是加强还是削弱
跟控制变量法一样,B中出现了两个变量——pollinators和interactions between the two species with respect to pollination,不好说是哪个起了作用,那就不好说到底是加强还是削弱了。

我也错选了B。但是我觉得B的问题不是因为其加强了结论,而是因为其是无关选项:原题中提到的是larkspur seeds多了,B选项中的说法是总体的seed多了,即larkspur seeds+dandelion seeds。

这个应该是正解,gmat特别注重考察细节,严格的说这个确实是无关的选项

正解 比gmatclub 的experts解释都清楚 那些专家都嘴硬说加强,可又解释不清楚by attracting more pollinators
B选项没任何信息指出和pollinators有关信息,只是说杂交施粉增加种子
