希望懂的小伙伴能给予指点。

此题我只是对b选项的earning的逻辑主语产生问题，我认为earning的逻辑主语无疑就是pilot啊，但og说因为earning离records近，所以会产生歧义。但是下面这题og就说holding的逻辑主语就是a mutual fund, 那holding离companies更近，为什么这题og就认为不歧义呢。很困惑啊，希望哪位好心的小伙伴能给予讲解。

og96:A mutual fundhaving billions of dollars in assets will typically invest that money inhundreds of companies, rarely holding more than one percent of theshares of any particular corporation.  

(A) companies, rarely holding more than onepercent

(B) companies,and it is rare to hold at least one percent or more

(D) companies,so that they rarely hold more than one percent

(E) companies;rarely do they hold one percent or more

OG29题的Decision Point不在于earn的逻辑主语是谁。
DP1: 定从引导词
at a time是时间状语，定从必须用when引导，排除BCD。
DP2：句子结构
for many of the planes she flew to be of dangerously experimental design.因为for这里不是连词是介词，这个不是句子，不能表达一个主谓宾句子的丰富含义。
所以选E

第二题的DP同样不在doing结构上
DP1：illogical meaning
they指代companies，这样they hold more than one percent of the shares of any particular corporation.就变成这些companies很少控股多于任何公司的多余1％的股份。逻辑意思不合理，不控股自己公司吗？
DP2: 冗余
at least one percent or more就是more than one percent
选A

OG解释,doing就是为了隐藏真正的DP

感谢大神回复。其实我知道怎么选，只是想弄明白分词结构到底如何判断逻辑主语，为了万一以后遇到需要通过分词判断选项的时候能不模棱两可。想多积累一个判断依据。还有既然您觉得og并不适合备考，那能推荐一些什么好方法吗。最后就是，到底逻辑主语怎么判断啊。。。我真的很想知道！
