those 的先行词是 movie set designs, for 表示“为，服务于‘” i.e. i do it for you; 后面接着的是两部电影野风和简爱

可不可以理解为，those指代national recognition？这里的for就跟前面一个一样的意思呢？

不可以的，those指代复数名词，that指代单数。
