标题: 求助一道语法题！哪位大神能够指点
Unlike transplants between identical twins, whose genetic endowment is the same, all patients receiving hearts or other organs must take antirejection drugs for the rest of their lives.
(A) Unlike transplants between identical twins, whose genetic endowment is the same
(B) Besides transplants involving identical twins with the same genetic endowment
(C) Unless the transplant involves identical twins, who have the same genetic endowment
(D) Aside from a transplant between identical twins with the same genetic endowment
(E) Other than transplants between identical twins, whose genetic endowment is the same
为什么楼主觉得每一个选项都没有什么明显的错误呢？这题正确答案是C，有哪位大神可以解释一下C好在哪，其它选项有什么不妥吗？谢谢了

我觉得第一步是understand这句话是想说什么：
病人做过transplants（器官移植）一辈子都需要服用antirejection drugs （为了避免手术后身体会reject新的器官），可是identical twins做过transplants是不需要服用它的因为他们的基因组合是相同的。
这里“all patients” 跟“identical twins patients”做比较，明显不是“transplants” 跟 “all patients”。
A, B, D, E 感觉都是错误的比较：transplants （things） 和 patients （people） 是不能比较的。
A - Unlike transplants..., all patients.......
B - Besides transplants..., all patients....
D - Aside from a transplant..., all patients....
E - Other than transplants..., all patients....
C 是唯一有不同结构的，“unless” 后面跟不是subject-modifier而是一个subject-verb clause说 unless X is true, Y is true。这里X is true 跟 Y is true 比较。

还有这题考到的会不会是连词和介词的用法，介词的后面只能跟名词，连词词后面只能跟句子，other than 是连词还是介词？

other than, unlike, besides, aside from 都是 介词（preposition）, 这里都是跟着名词（transplants/a transplant）。
unless 这里是（连词）conjunction，unless 把 X is true 和 Y is true 连起来。
