首先这个句子 肯定是错的 因为the driver 不是to avoid 的主语 这是最致命的
一定要用这个句子结构的话 只能写成 in order to avoid ice....., 环卫工人 spread salt on the street
但是如果压根没提到这个撒盐的主体的话 就必须用 被动语态 来忽略掉这个动作的发出者
