我不明白的是句子红色部分。remains 不是动词吗？我怎么看不懂句子结构呀最后面？remains of the ancient civilization 应该是名词词组
完全搞不明白最后的那一点点 非常纠结

哎。。。又笨了
我把fragile 当名词了fragile 是形容词，修饰remains of ancient civilization.
