E选项的WILL BE ALLOWED不是同一个句子中又多出一个谓语吗？

it's a subordinate clause

不是说that不可省略吗？从句用什么词引导

Allow 是可用可不用里面的
want,advise, allow, forbid, persuade 都是可用可不用的

和allow应该没关系吧，应该是定语从句先行词在句中作宾语that可省略，但问题是manhattan上说that是不可以省略的

我看错了不好意思我把subordinate看成subjunctive了哈哈。。
