希望来个大牛帮帮忙。
Not trusting themselves to choose wisely among the wide array of investment opportunities on the market, stockbrokers are helping many people who turn to them to buy stocks that could be easily bought directly.

AB的opening modifier错的很明显，不该修饰stockbroker. CD 里easily的放置也有问题。
此题很纠结B和D选项的时态问题。OG说 The tense of the verb phrase could easily have bought does not match the tense of are helping earlier in the main clause. 个人觉得应该是想说have been 现在完成时用在此处不对，但是个人真的不清楚为什么这个时态在这里是错的。希望各位把帮个忙，给解答下。本人万分感谢啊

could have done 前面要是 had done 才行。现在D选项是现在进行时，could be 就足够了

谢谢啦还有个问题，你的意思是说 could have bought描述的是过去的事。但是 could be bought说的是现在的事，就是股票现在可以直接买。所以could be bought更加贴切？

这是考时态的和谐性的题目，举个例子：

现在时就是if I were you, I would do blahblah...前面的从句部分不是真实发生的事情是假设的
过去式就是if I had been with you..., I would have done....

这道题that 前面是现在时many people are turning to stockbrokers，后面表示假设用现在是的could do 就句够了，如果用could have bought, 那么你that 前面的部分必须是表示过去时态的，不然时间就发生了跳跃，就不和谐了.

不知道讲清楚了没
