做这题的时候因为有些疑问所以上网搜了一下解释，发现网上的题目跟现在的题干有些不一样，网上的题目是

区别在于“scale”后面没有逗号。我想了一下觉得没有逗号的版本是正确的，可是这个OG13的版本，OG16中把逗号加上去了，是官方觉得加逗号的才对吗？

我想请问是我书本的印刷错误还是语法有变？

肯定是题目改动了。
没有逗号的话with只能修饰scale
有了逗号就能修饰到settlements。
of肯定是不对的因为scale不能带有structure，必须是settlement带有structure

应该有逗号。

逗号+with结构修饰were built on a spectacular scale这个动作。

多谢大神！这个我懂了，但是正确选项b中"with......","of......","connected....."三个分句为什么不能理解为并列，都在修饰settlements呢？
