[size=13.63636302948px]我想问一下D为什么不对？OG里面给出的解释是the only applausib subjects for the singular verb indicates is the plural orientation...plan, as well as the artifacts. Very little about this sentence makes sense.
[size=13.63636302948px]这里indicates的主语是orientaion....plan的话，那不是这个句子就是倒装了吗？那整个句子是 its eastward orientation and overall plan, aswell as the artifacts, such as glass oil-lamp fragments, found at the site indicate..... 由于as可以指代前面前面的整句话，不就变成了[size=13.63636302948px] [size=13.63636302948px]its eastward orientation and overall plan, aswell as the [size=13.63636302948px]artifacts, such as glass oil-lamp fragments, found at the site indicate as（指代A ruined structure found at Aqaba, Jordan, was probablya church）这样D不应该是对的吗？

我对OG的理解是，能有可能做indicates 的主语是orientation.. and plan, as well as artifacts 这一部分是个复数啊。复数主语但是动词确是单数形式，所以OG说very little about this sentence makes sense. 不知道是不是这么理解

D是的indicates是单数形式啊，所以不对。

个人观点
D项中的as指代前面的句子，但是在其从句中的成分有两种可能，每种可能都有错误：
1.作从句的宾语，此时从句是倒装的，整个句子意思是（ its eastward orientation and overall plan, aswell as the artifacites） indicates 了（A ruined structure found at Aqaba, Jordan, was probablya church）这件事，但此时主语是复数，即答案里说的“the only plausible subject for the singular verb indicates is the plural orientation ... plan, as well as the artifacts”，故谓语的indicates是不对的
2.作从句的主语，此时从句没有倒装，整个句子的意思是（A ruined structure found at Aqaba, Jordan, was probablya church）indicates了（ its eastward orientation and overall plan, aswell as the artifacites） 这些东西，那么此时这个句子的indicate的发出者和接受者颠倒了过来，所表达的含义就非常奇怪了，这也是为什么答案里说"very little abot this sentence mankes sense"的原因
补充：
1.定语从句是可以倒装的
2.在 Written English中，即GMAT的规范英语中，as与which都可以引导非限制性定语从句
但是which的先行词必须是一个名词或名词短语，不能指代一句话
而as既可以指代名词，还可以指代前面的一整句话。

as这个是上新东方的时候老师说的……而且韦氏字典（GMAT的参考字典）上也有提到过
