标题: OG 16-62 炒冷饭题目待指点！
Most employees in the computer industry move from company to company, changing jobs several times in their careers. However, Summit Computers is known throughout the industry for retaining its employees. Summit credits its success in retaining employees to its informal, nonhierarchical work environment.

Which of the following, if true, most strongly supports Summit’s explanation of its success in retaining employees?
(A) Some people employed in the computer industry change jobs if they become bored with their current projects.
(B) A hierarchical work environment hinders the cooperative exchange of ideas that computer industry employees consider necessary for their work.
(C) Many of Summit’s senior employees had previously worked at only one other computer company.
(D) In a nonhierarchical work environment, people avoid behavior that might threaten group harmony and thus avoid discussing with their colleagues any dissatisfaction they might have with their jobs.
(E) The cost of living near Summit is relatively low compared to areas in which some other computer companies are located.

这道题很多人讨论过了，但是还是没有看到比较能说服的观点。拿出来再炒一下冷饭。
关于D答案，OG给的理由是：while the point shows how the work environment might reduce discussion of job dissatisfaction,it doesn't indicate that there will be less dissatisfaction.
如果这样说，B答案“等级制度使得员工无法交流”，那也可以说it doesn't indicate that there will be less dissatisfaction啊，不交流不代表减少了了不满。那不是和D一样站不住脚了么？
还是不晓得D为什么不可以。希望有NN可以指点迷津！

果因推理
果：summit computers部员工不走。
因：这个公司没有阶层工作环境。

正确答案要说明因果关系，或者给结果再来一个解释。
A：无关
B：阶层妨碍交换思想，交换思想是电脑工作所必需的，也就是阶层使得某个电脑工作必须条件缺失，导致人走。这公司没有阶层，大家能交换思想，基本工作条件被保证，所以人不走。增强了因果关系。注意necessary！
C：无关
D：跟走不走关系很小。B说的是阶层妨碍了电脑工作必须要素---交流思想。D里面小组和是否睦和满不满意不是电脑工作所necessary的。
也就是说，D说的是非阶层的性质，这个性质和因果关系，也就是走不走人，有关但是关系很小。B里面说了阶层性质，这个性质和走不走人关系是相当大的。
E：没有关系

不建议看og解释，og解释很误导。

您是这样说的：

如果按照您说的意思选择这个选项，那就说明这个Summit computers是由等级阶层的Hierarchy work environment，导致人走了。那怎么还能retain employees呢？

我的意思不是说“那就说明这个Summit computers是由等级阶层的Hierarchy work environment，导致人走了。”
原文：
B：A hierarchical work environment hinders the cooperative exchange of ideas that computer industry employees consider necessary for their work.
翻译：一个有阶层的工作环境妨碍了企业内交换思想。交换思想是电脑行业员工认为他们工作的必须。

所以我说“阶层妨碍交换思想，交换思想是电脑工作所必需的。“

以上是讨论的阶层的情况，如果没有阶层，那么就不会妨碍交换思想，不会妨碍交换思想就能使员工正常工作，能正常工作就不会走人。

所以我说“也就是阶层使得某个电脑工作必须条件缺失，导致人走。 ”

所以我说的话不能推断出“Summit computers是由等级阶层的Hierarchy work environment，导致人走了”

你问的问题是不能交流和dissatisfaction是一样的。

其实是不一样的，B里面说的，交流问题是necessary的，而D里面没有说是不是necessary的。

我建议你这么答：
B. A hierarchical work environment hinders the cooperative exchange of ideas that computer industry employees consider necessary for their work.
刻画成逻辑关系是
their work--->the cooperative exchange of ideas
the cooperative exchange of ideas与A hierarchical work environment相互矛盾（无交集）
the cooperative exchange of ideas是A nonhierarchical work environment的子集
所以得到
their work--->A nonhierarchical work environment
A nonhierarchical work environment是员工work的必要条件
这就是前提到结论的果因推理
前提（果）：员工不走（继续work）
结论（因）：nonhierarchical work environment
员工不走（继续work）--->nonhierarchical work environment
跟B推出来的逻辑关系是一样的，所以B是加强。

D说的是在nonhierarchical work environment员工会 avoid certain behavior，但是这些behavior和他们不离开之间缺乏联系（不是“不离开”的必要条件）。所以无法加强。
你说的大概就是这个意思，但是文字不如简单的逻辑关系直接有效。你如果把逻辑关系都刻画出来，证明跟题干逻辑是一样的，他也就不会再有疑问了。
