我觉得应该选d,

这是绝对数和相对数的问题，percentage 下降并不代表总量下降。如果因退休而迁往异地的总人数增加，而迁往florida 的人数不变，percentage也会下降，但并不会对businesses catering to retirees in LACE u1:st="on">FloridaLACE>产生影响。
