私立学校收费贵，在经济衰退时，私立的学生由于经济原因可能读公里学校，故公里学校学生增多

结论是any future recessions in Vargonia will probably not reduce the availability of teaching jobs at government-funded schools.

根据b,在recession的时候，私立学校的学生变多;而 current student-teacher ratios not be exceeded。所以，支持上面的结论。

俺理解是：文章结论是，不能reduce the availability of teaching jobs at government-funded schools，student-teacher ratios not be exceeded。。

B支持原因：只有25%的学生在经济好的时候去私立学校，那么这时去公历的就多，要student-teacher ratios not be exceeded，那么教师也要增加才可以，支持了文章
