thing 等一类名词，形容词作定语是常常后置。像antique一样。

that应该指 market 。

谢谢2楼，可是如果B答案 that放在那里，指代market，是不是有表达不清晰之嫌啊？

恰恰是B中的that is是最明确的，单数只可能是market,虽然离开的距离有些远。其他的选项中that会被误认为furniture and fixtures或者只是fixtures，从而产生混淆
