好像不是这个原因吧~
如果用名词形式的话就是...inflation was ... lower than ... estimation, 拿inflation 和estimation比较，显然不合逻辑。
而...inflation was ... lower than ... estimated实际上是...inflation was ... lower than (it had been)... estimated
