标题: 新鲜UW Foster MBA香港面经 [2016-03-11]
攒人品赶紧发面经。今天刚在香港面了Foster，面试的是career development office的一个AD，她正好来香港和一些企业开会，就主动提出和我面试让我不用飞去上海。面试问题和之前一个全面的问题总结里的差不多：

What's your current job? Which part you like most / least?
What's your short / long term career plan? Which part you feel Foster can help you to achieve your goal? What kind of thing you think will ruin your whole plan?
Tell me a story that you got negative feedback from your boss?
What will be the most challenging part you will have in Foster in your mind? How will you digest it?
What will you do in your spare time?
Any questions for me?

面试官人很nice,并且自己也是Foster MBA毕业的所以分享了很多Foster如何改变她的职业规划甚至性格的故事，因为我们都是跑者，她还share了很多在Seattle running的经验。面试了大概45分钟，聊得非常愉快。

Foster的结果会在3月底出来，非常非常希望可以去啊！！！
