for which，what从句的使用有什么不一样？

in large measure的意思是什么?

in large measure --- in large extent or degree.
The problem was in large measure caused by his carelessness.

Support B

A ...and social security "that were in large measure what they had been responsible for" is redundant and wordy.
B ...and social security "for which the two women were in large measure responsible" is concise.

那么，which和what的从句又有什么区别？

但是A和B有意思上的区别啊，A是对前面responsible for employment, relief, and social security ，而B只是 responsible for social security ，从意思上说应该要选A，但是A的表达很累赘。

Ｂ的意思不对，employment, relief, and social security 不是既是智囊团负责又是ＦＩＲＳＴ　ＬＡＤＹ负责．而是以前是ＦＩＲＳＴ　ＬＡＤＹ负责，现在是智囊团负责｀！（听起来想绕口令～！呵呵　！）

A是一个定从里面套名从，that were in large measure +n

显然没有一个定从表达简洁。

另that，which指代一样。a中what作responsible for宾语
