E中是不是应该有be,也就是说:the results be published

因为order引导两个用and连接的从句结构完全一样，所以第二个句子省略了that和be.补全的话应该是 ordered ..... (that) the result (be) published.

同问不是说宾语从句的that是绝对不能省的吗？
