答案选D，根据排除可以选出来。但是有个问题，这里的 have been to 是什么意思？感觉放在这里非常奇怪啊~

GMAC的习惯之一：严谨。怕犯错误。
用has been就是“截止到目前为止”的意思，不排除以后这个方法就不是most extensively used method了。说不定以后直接3D打印个墙出来？
这么措辞的，一种人是GMAC，另一种人是律师。。。
