考试的时候碰到怎么办？就按照考试时候的感觉选。不要背答案，因为答案可能是错的，而你的感觉和状态则有可能提高。

In D, between A and B, here A=THAT of moderate growth B=low inflation, B needs "THAT" to be parallel, also, A using participial is clear and concise too!

Idiomatic usage: View A as B, to be is less idiomatic
