这道题应该是这样的

x and y are non-zero integers, is y a multiple of x?
1) y-x is a multiple of x;
2) y-x is a multiple of y.

很多考古里都说选D。
因为条件1）很容易判断，y-x=mx可以推出y=(m-1)x，正好是一个整数倍的形式。
条件2）推出y=(1/(1-k))x。很多人说这个1/(1-k)肯定不是整数，因此一个“肯定不是”的答案也属于sufficient。

但是如果1-k=1呢？此时k=0，Wikipedia上可以查到，0 is a multiple of everything！所以条件2）是不确定的！

因此我认为这题还是选A

1 单独充分。没啥可说的。
第二个充不充分的关键点是x与y是不是必须是不同整数。
我觉得题干中说x and y are non-zero integers是关键，看你怎么理解这个integers。如果x跟y是一样的，我们说x and y are non-zero integers？还是x and y are non-zero integer？
试个例子：A and B are identical twins？ or A and B are identical twin？
从一致的角度考虑，应该是twins。所以即使A=B，我们还是要用integers。故我觉得你的答案是正确的。
