文档里这道题是没有解释的，搜了各大网站也只看到beatthegmat中说了句：Understanding the meaning in such sentences is important.It should be "E".

开始我不解的地方在于C，我认为as是做comparsion的，因为前面the risk now..也是个句子嘛。。但写着写着突然觉得是risk[now could be prolonged stagnation] （因为是个系表结构）like that，这样比较的，所以只是Noun与noun的comparsion,所以用like。不知道我的理解是不是正确，因为的确在gmat中很少看到that which连用题。

另外我想问一下，用which引导非限制性从句前面不加comma 没有关系吗？

C. receded, the risk now could be prolonged stagnation, just as it has plagued Argentina for the past two decades
D. has receded, the risk now could be prolonged stagnation, like it has plagued Argentina for the past two decades
E. has receded, the risk now could be prolonged stagnation, like that which has plagued Argentina for the past two decades

这个题主要问题是类比（like, just as的用法），次要问题是代指和时态。
先说E吧，E中最后的that代指的是stagnation，which从句修饰 that。在这道题中that which是可以的因为前面有like。如果你做过prep2008，你会发现like/unlike的题都是这个结构： like a, which...(修饰a），b does sth. 所以like/unlike直接加名词或者名词短语（在这里是that），不能加句子。所以D错。
C中的 just as 的用法是：just as A does, so B does...(这个结构也在prep2008中出现过）这里B可能是fear或者risk，不明确。此外it代指也不明确。
B中had错了，没有故去完成时态的标志，此外as也错了，应该做比较在这里的意思是“因为”。
A，had错了， of the kind that别扭，可以直接改成that
此外如果你做prep2008你会发现which前面不加逗号不一定错，说明which前面不加逗号是可以的。但是这种情况不是最优。也就是说没有更好的的答案前提下，which不加逗号是对的。这道题E中如果是“...,like that that has plagued Argentina for the past two decades..."也是对的，但是太别扭了，就改成了that which。
所以我觉得不应该用语法去做题，应该先弄明白意思和逻辑。
