正确答案选A，我选D
如果说是fund holding 我能理解选A，但是为什么是fund holding啊？
让fund分配给一百个公司，so that 每个公司只hold 1 percent 不到，这样理解没问题啊！fund自己一个物品怎么hold？求解啊啊啊！
我看有论坛上说什么逻辑主语各种从句指代，考点神马的，这道题语法很简单不用说。我选D怎么不对啊，分成100个公司，so that可以连接两个句子啊，所以每个公司持1%不到的股份，怎么解释不通了。
是啊，用了doing就是逻辑主语了，逻辑主语fund，they没法指代fund，那凭什么非得用SVO, doing的句式？？fund一个物品能hold？搞笑？
会解释的解释，不会解释的别解释。我不用你讲语法，我就问意思
这道题选了A才他妈逻辑不通好不好！

您好，其實這在金融的說法很常見，樓主可以google一下，像financial holding company什麼的，指的是公司（此為基金）「持有」他公司的股票，希望有幫上忙～

千万别多想。做题不要考虑太多因素，因为那样容易想得头疼。
这道题解题关键是在they。开头说 a mutual fund干什么干什么那么后面肯定不是they而是it。为什么？因为a啊，有了a怎么可能是复数？所以EDC都错了，they代指错误、B里面太复杂了，it is rare to hold为什么不写成rarely holding呢？所以A逻辑上讲的过去，没有代指错误。
