需要在截止日之前做完还是在截止日之前提交申请然后再开始做？

Yale在系统里面 Submit并付钱之后，会出来关于Video Essay的信息。如下显示，14号之前提交Video Essay。
You can complete the video questions on your own schedule until 5 PM ET on September 23rd for Round 1, January 14th for Round 2, and April 25th for Round 3.
To answer the video questions, you simply need an internet connection and a webcam. You will be asked three video questions, which should take roughly 15 minutes to complete and will need to be completed in one sitting.
You will have the opportunity to test your connection and respond to a sample question before answering the three questions. For questions 1 and 3, you will have 20 seconds to formulate a response and up to 60 seconds to respond. For question 2, you will have 30 seconds to formulate a response and up to 90 seconds to respond.

kellogg也是这样么？还是说video essay也是要在application deadline前完成？

Kellogg 我刚刚提交了材料上面说付款之后一个星期之内提交Video Essay

Complete your video essay questions by logging into your applicant status page and submitting your application fee. You will have 1 week from the application submission deadline to complete your video essay.
