B选项没有问题是个他因，对于C有点问题

想了一会把自己给绕晕了，根据C，高于4 percent，会导致inflation上涨，为啥不能削弱啊？

题干说，去年1.2 今年4，根据这个趋势明年会继续涨。那么根据C是工资压力导致了inflation上涨为啥不能作为他因来削弱呢？

求指教！

Conclusion中，更进一步的上涨是根据1.2到4这个过程得出来的
所以B选项直接攻击了这个过程，说去年1.2是因为石油价格的原因，是非常规的

C选项的工资，后一句说在通胀率4或更高的时候，才能导致进一步的上涨，和1.2并没有产生联系，所以并不能当作他因

C说当通胀率>=4%时，会引起进一步通货膨胀，这个加强了题干，而不是削弱。
