查了一下之前的帖子，对这道题有两种说法：1、不要轻易改变原文中的情态动词 2、sth that + adj is not preferred by ETS
哪种更为可信一点亚？
我想weather that are not foreseeable和 weather that cannot be foreseen, 之间还是有微妙区别的，
所以诚如楼上所说的，最好不要随意改变原来的情态，
特别是在两者其它方面均一致时，与原文表达一致且无错误方优先
weather that are not foreseeable 有点 awkward啊。
LZM的公理里面有：几种简洁的表述方式：
是说过如果用了形容词，直接在前面修饰而不用 that are ＋adj.的形式
1）noun that are (is)+adj. 一定要转换成 adj ＋noun
2）若在画线部分出现情态动词，则正确选项一定要包含情态动词或者类似语气的词出现
不含有词情态动词或者类似语气词的选项立刻可以排除
