答案选C
求NN分析一下选项吧。
A选项错误是不是因为Being的原因错误，我只是感觉这里不正常但不清楚明确原因。
With 在句首引导一个完整的从句这个理解对吗？
D选项如果用that OG说是wordy，我的理解是如果用that可能会出现指代不清楚，因为前面有corn， soybean和wheat。

,with 和-ing的用法一样。修饰主句，这里，毕竟没画线。

with 不是经常出现修饰错误的情况吗？

可以帮助分析一下吗？

你好，我有看到说

with A, B, and C so low that 和 with A, B, and C being so low that 这两种形式的意思是一样的，那么什么时候我们可以省略 being 呢？

with在句首要求逻辑主语, 在句尾时实际上应该修饰前面句子主语,但如果前面是名词, 很容易以为with是修饰前面跟着的哪个名词, 而不是前面句子的主语, .og里面有解释对这两种都有例题.
举例：
For the last five years the Dutch economy has grown faster than Britain, France, or Germany, with the unemployment rate having remainedwell below that of the other three countries.
A. Britain, France, or Germany, with the unemployment rate having remained

B. have those of Britain, France, or Germany, and the unemployment rate remaining

C. have Britain, France, and Germany, and the unemployment rate has remained

D. the economy of Britain, France, and Germany, with the unemployment rate that has remained

E. the economies of Britain, France, and Germany, and the unemployment rate has remained

答案E

当出现了comma+with这种结构修饰的是preceding clause的话
判断是否正确其实用“判断comma+ving是否正确”一样的方法

就是comma后面的成分和前面是不是从属，还是并列
如果属于回答前面的sentence中所谓的”how / when / why / what“一类的问题，这个句法就是正确。

不过主要还是根据句意来判断

lz好~最近在用千行方法做OG，把自己的答案贴上来，希望有帮助。

首先：句子结构和逻辑分析【The intention of the sentence is to introduce a severe fact and result. WITH clarifies the reason by using prepositional phrases.】

A. With+n+adj/adv, BEING is wordy and awkward, …..ENOUGH SO…. Is unidiomatic
B.SUCH is unnecessary and redundant
C. CORRECT
D. THAT clause is wordy; enough so.....is unidiomatic
E. one after the another....."

这题being的修饰确实很奇怪，不怎么见标准英语有这样的用法

不对。with是个介词，不能引导完整的从句

D选项如果用that OG说是wordy，我的理解是如果用that可能会出现指代不清楚，因为前面有corn， soybean和wheat。

理解有偏差，GMAT里面的that一定是修饰紧挨着的前方名词的，因此不是指代不清的问题。此选项中的that are low enough so 不是一个正确的idiom

你说的应该是独立主格的意思吧？我记得曼哈顿上说了，当独立主格放在句尾的时候，是可以跟“，Ving”互换
我是这样理解你的意思的：这一题里不行，是因为“，Ving”是一个adv modifer，不能修饰n/pron，所以一般是修饰一整个句子。但是这题句意，及时变成 remaining.... 也是the Dutch，无法指前面一整个句子。

但是感觉你的解释的意思是，D选项后面的“，with”是修饰前面的句子的？但是我觉得就是修饰the Dutch
